I ordered a case from their website on the 17/12/20, and was suppose to arrive within 10-15 business days it now 19/01/21, and theres been no progress with the shipping since the 4th, Ive contacted them on their website about this but Ive heard no reply about this, the shipping has been way overdue, and their service is very slow at the moment! RhinoShield honors their warranty; and real people (not A.I.) responded quickly with solutions to this customer's inquiries. We found them to be a pleasure to deal with and their products work -- real value.

God awful cheap case with misleading information on website. I asked for a refund after receiving the cheap plastic case and told I could not get a refund for the full amount and it was a lengthy process to refund which even if I sent the product back they could just lose it or deny it and ignore me.

I've reached out to RhinoShield multiple times about pre order shipping estimates, if they're going to make cases for certain phones, to get technical product support, and to ask product configuration questions. Each time I get very rapid, expert responses from a single point of contact. I've never gotten bounced around nor had to deal with some complex ticketing system. If I had follow up questions, no problem. I've also gotten some expert tips on how to help make the bumper cases retain their shape perfectly over time, great stuff. Solid support to match the solid products.

Excellent products and fantastic service. My Solid Suit case is very protective and attractive. I had a slight problem with my screen protector and the company immediately replaced it, no questions asked, Highly recommended!

They're great! Excellent service, their claims are legit - I drop my phone a lot but dont like chunky cases. This has protected several of my devices so far, and I'm quick to recommend their cases to everyone I know.

I contacted customer service about some wear and tear on a case and they gave me a discount code to use for a new case. Then after receiving my new custom SolidSuit, I was not happy with the back color. It did not appear to be same color as I saw on the screen during ordering. But Tammy, with Customer Service, was incredible! She had them reprint the back color and emailed me pics and a video. They still didn’t meet my expectations so she sent me a plain color SolidSuit at my request and gave me a refund of the $ difference. I could not be happier with the service, or the quality of cases RhinoShield makes. Will come back again and again!
